Aschaffenburg for event organisers
From its central location in the Rhine-Main region, Aschaffenburg offers ample options for your convention, conference, celebration or other event. Only 30 to 40 minutes’ drive from Frankfurt’s international airport and on the A3 Frankfurt-Würzburg autobahn, the town also benefits from hourly InterCityExpress train services, making it an ideal conference and event venue.

This civic hall offers a total of 12 rooms for your event, conference, convention or celebration. The InterCityExpress train service takes only 30 minutes to Frankfurt, and you can reach the A3 motorway by car in five minutes. The venue has its own car park, which provides 850 secure parking spaces.
Capacity
The foyers and the twelve modern auditoriums and meeting/function rooms are versatile, fully air-conditioned and fully accessible. All rooms can be combined to accommodate larger events, be it a convention for 600 delegates or a trade show for 1,300 guests.

This venue offers a total of nine rooms for your conference or convention of up to 300 people, as well as for training courses, small workshops, and meetings in various formats. The InterCityExpress train service takes only 30 minutes to Frankfurt, and you can reach the A3 motorway by car in five minutes. There is plenty of secure parking close by, including 850 spaces in the underground car park of the Stadthalle civic hall and 405 spaces in the Luitpoldparkhaus multi-storey car park.

A total of nine rooms is available for conferences or conventions of up to 300 people, as well as for training courses, small workshops, and meetings in various formats.

Ridinger Hall offers space for just under 200 people at your event, conference or celebration. The InterCityExpress train service takes only 30 minutes to Frankfurt, and you can reach the A3 motorway by car in five minutes. 850 secure parking spaces are available in the car park of the nearby Stadthalle civic hall. Johannisburg Palace, which provides the grand setting for this magnificent venue, is conveniently located at the heart of the town centre, only a few minutes’ walk from hotels, shopping streets, local places of interest and parks.
Capacity
The 220 square metre hall is ideal for concerts, presentations, banquets and receptions. The available space can be expanded by adding the adjacent Tower Room; however, the maximum capacities listed below remain the same.

Location and transport links
Leave the A3 motorway at the Aschaffenburg West exit and head towards Stockstadt. Then take the B469 expressway to the Aschaffenburg/Darmstadt exit. Here, turn left onto the B26 (Darmstädter Strasse) heading towards Aschaffenburg and keep following this road until you cross Willigisbrücke bridge. The hotel is immediately beyond the bridge on your right.

Hotel Wilder Mann offers rooms for small events, conferences, product launches and celebrations. The hotel itself has about 40-50 parking spaces. You can also choose to park at the nearby Löhergraben car park, which has 377 spaces. Suitable for 12 to 90 people, with catering options from coffee breaks to full meals. The arena is located in the Leider district of Aschaffenburg. From here, the Willigisbrücke and Ebertbrücke bridges provide easy access to the other side of the river Main, and the town centre just beyond.
1) Coming from Frankfurt (motorway exit Aschaffenburg West): via B8, Hanauer Strasse (towards Leider), cross the Main via Ebertbrücke bridge, then take the first right turn (Leider).
2) Coming from Würzburg (motorway exit Aschaffenburg Ost): via Schönbornstrasse, Schillerstrasse (towards Darmstadt), through underpass, across Ebertbrücke bridge, then take the first right turn (Leider).
Capacity
The multifunctional f.a.n. frankenstolz arena (formerly Unterfrankenhalle) on Seidelstrasse is ideal for staging all sorts of large events up to a maximum of 6,000 spectators or guests. An appropriate amount of free parking is also available, in a free multi-storey car park right by the venue that is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The listed crane hall was built in 1921 and used as a workshop until 2022. Alongside the new port administration building, this historic building was to be put to good use. The Old Crane Hall was perfectly integrated into the modern building and converted into a unique conference room (175 m², for max. 56 people, barrier-free).
